Q: How do I place an order with EDZ?
Thank you for your consideration. First…fill out our order contact form, submission form, attach, and submit your pictures (IF ANY) then we will contact you and confrim your files and order info. Once everything is confirmed as you like it, then we confirm the FEE(s) for the goods/services your requesting. Lastly, you submit your payment using our “Pricing” section and enter the FEE agreed upon.
Q: What is EDZ’s REFUND POLICY?
It’s very simple and fair. As stated on our prices page WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR DEZION WORK or POPULAR PRINTING after 2 hrs from the time your order was paid for. This is because with our efforts to provide excellenct Customer Service we do not procrastinate. We get straight to work and with our prices being so inexpensive a significant amount of the labor and service is funnelled in the first 2 hrs of your order. If before 2 hrs, after you have paid for your order on a Popular Print or a Dezion & Print job, we will ONLY refund you for the Printing portion of your order Minus a Setup/Processing Fee of $20 per Print job.
Q: I Already Have a design can EDZ print it for me?
YES…no gimmicks we are professional independent contract printers who pass our savings to you and save you the headache of proofing, change specs of your own files, and the hassle of submitting to other printers yourself.
Q: I have an Idea in mind can EDZ bring it to life?
YES…dezioning authentic, original graphic art for Christians is our specialty satisfaction guaranteed.
Q: Can I pay EDZ half to get started on my services?
- For all orders over $1000 half the fee is accepted to get started
- For all orders under $500 all fees are to be paid in full UPON SUBMISSION
Q: When is the remaining balance of my payment due to EDZ?
Your remaining balance is due before you obtain full control of whatever goods or services you’ve order upon completion.
Q: What is EDZ’s turn around time for their services?
Our turn times are some of the best in the business considering shipping is incorporated in our pricing please see everything in our “prices” section. Turn Times take are enforced ONLY once payment is received. Turn Times can change but, we have a 90% accuracy rate. Turn Around time [for dezion ONLY] is 24 to 48 hrs depending on the current pipeline of orders and work load at the time of your order!!!
Q: As far as EDZ website service…if I already have my own domain and hosting do I get a discount?
NO…Sorry but, our prices are already so low we’re practically giving this service away as it stands.
Q: Can I edit my website without having to know computer programming or calling EDZ for every little update?
YES…all of the websites we dezion come with a Content Management System that is as easy as using Email or Microsoft Word. PLUS, your completed, paid in full website comes with a customized manual of your site.
Q: Even though Domain and Hosting is included in your EDZ’s Special price…will I or EDZ own them?
GOOD Question…You absolutely own the site that we dezion for you. We make your site from scratch and the only rights we hold are the conception of the dezion and having the right to list it in our portfolio.
Q: Can I transfer my website to another host if I want?
YES…we believe in empowering our clients but, know that you will already own your own hosting when you order with us. So, there’s really no need to transfer or switch your site to another host.
Q: During the conception of my dezion how many REVISIONS am I allowed before I’m Charged a FEE?
You are allowed 4 revisions after we submit you the first draft of your dezion. Each revision after the 4th revision is $30!!!
Q: Once my biz card, logo, graphic dezion is done do I own the dezion or does EDZ still have rights?
YES…You own the exclusive rights of use to your graphic dezion! Just like our web dezions the only rights we have are that of dezioning the dezion and the right to list it in our portfolio!
